Mary is certified as an NAET Practitioner by Dr. Devi Nambudripad and by NASM as a Nutrition Coach. NAET: Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique was discovered by Dr. Devi in 1983. This is a noninvasive, drug free, painless natural solution to alleviate intolerances, sensitivities, and allergens that build up over time in your body. This method helps reduce symptoms from food, chemicals, environmental toxins, and emotions. NAET uses a blend of acupressure, allopathy, chiropractic, homeopathy, kinesiology, and nutrition. Through the use of Neuromuscular Sensitivity Testing, one determines the imbalance in the body caused by the allergens. While the patient holds the allergen, the spinal points are stimulated as well as certain acupressure points. The allergen is then put next to the skin for 20 minutes, then removed, and avoided for the next 25 hours. Mary will guide you in how to restore balance to your diet and work with your sensitivities/allergens in your every day life.

Mary is certified by NASM as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
The primary objective of Corrective Exercise is to optimize movement quality. It helps enhance performance, results, injury resistance, movement efficiency, and recovery. By using static, movement, and mobility assessments the practitioner will be able to determine which muscles are underactive and which are overactive. This information is then used to help the client learn how to inhibit(self massage)and lengthen (stretch) the overactive muscles and activate (isolated strengthening) and integrate (dynamic strengthening)the underactive muscles. Hence allowing for the client to enhance their quality of movement.
